Wonderful stay at the King Fred suite at the Royal West Indies
My girlfriend and I had an absolutely amazing stay at the King Fred suite at the Royal West Indies. The owners Ann and Fred were great to work with and very organized. We received a 5 page document that contained everything we needed to know to have a great trip. The unit we stayed in was nicely updated and very comfortable, with everything we seemed to need. The check-in process was very smooth with the local manager meeting us there to ensure we had everything we needed. The grounds were very nice, with very friendly resources to help you. The location of this unit was a corner unit with an awesome view of the beach. We definitely plan to stay here again and want to thank Ann and Fred for a great experience!

Christmas stay
My wife and I, along with our two young kids (ages 1 and 3) stayed here for a week over Christmas. Everything was perfect. The location is ideal. I would definitely come back.

This was our first trip to Turkes and Caicos
The location was outstanding, the apartment faces the beach which was unbelievable. We had an extended family staying at the clubmed next door which was very convenient I would give 5 stars if the Provo Anna wouldn’t spoil our last day but coming to clean the apartment while we were away eating breakfast. We came in at 10 to finish packing our stuff when she was there cleaning since she had other guests checking in early. checkout is 11am so I was really surprised to see her. Our flight back home got delayed and we had to wait at the pool with our luggage for two hours. Instead if she communicated better letting us extend our checkout. Otherwise the location is great.

Perfect location in Paradise!
Wonderful experience from start to finish. Excellent communication, amenities, furnishings, location on the most beautiful beach in the world. Everything was too notch. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Dream location
Wonderfully prepared ocean front property with unobstructed ocean views. Our best visit to this resort yet! We’ll be back for sure. The entire experience was excellent. Thank you!

Grace Bay Getaway
The condo was perfect for us - with the spectacular Grace Bay beach less than a minute from our front door. We appreciated having access to the sailboat and paddle boards, and the resort’s swimming pool, and being within walking distance to several good restaurants. Check-in was easy. The condo was clean and well stocked - and the WiFi worked well, as promised. We would definitely go back. Thanks for a great week!

A little piece of paradise on Grace Bay
A well stocked unit on Grace Bay in a great location with good amenities all you need to enjoy a wonderful vacation in the the Turks and Caicos.Owners gave lots of info and communication was easy the Liaison Anna was wonderful to deal with I had no issues and hope to return

Perfect location and beautifully maintained Condo. on BBC Grace Bay
The Royal West Indies resort maintains a perfect location directly on Grace Bay. We rented a one bedroom suite (the King Fred Suite) on VRBO from Fred and Ann Babucke. Everything was seamless from the start of the rental process to meeting the property manager at RWI on the day of our arrival. The suite is spotless and contains every possible amenity you could need including coffee, toiletries, extra towels, snorkel equipment, bug spray and complimentary use of RWI kayaks and other water activities. Bldg. 1 is located directly on Grace Bay providing a stunning view of the ocean. The Pelican Bay restaurant is a bonus located directly on the property and offering a 5-7 happy hour and several fun themed nights. We highly recommend renting from Fred & Ann who own a second unit, The Queen Ann suite. The property manager, Anna Jane was a joy as well and she was readily available for any issues that may arise. This was our 4th visit to T&C and we consider our stay at RWI and the King Fred Suite to be the best one yet. We’ll be back for sure!

Wonderful Stay at King Fred's!
This was our first to Turks and Caicos and I cannot say enough about what a fantastic experience it was! From our initial communication with hosts, to the ease of check-in ( Anna the manager was so helpful), to the suite itself, the location, view and beautiful grounds, everything was wonderful! The unit was extremely clean, comfortable and was totally equipped with everything you need for your stay and many extras including beach accessories and snorkeling gear! We had breakfast and evening cocktails watching the amazing sunsets on the balcony most days. The happy hour right at the resort was also very fun and the staff so friendly. We rented a car 2 of the days we were there to explore the island on our own which was a very fun thing to do. Otherwise, great restaurants and shopping are all within easy walking distance. King Fred’s Suite is a perfect place to stay in Providenciales! 100% recommend!

Great Location
This was our first time at Royal West Indies and we loved it!!. Location was great. Our unit was 5 star. Kitchen was very well equipped. Overall the unit was very clean and comfortable. Communication with owners prior to arrival was very smooth. Exactly what we needed and would definitely stay in this unit again!!

Beautiful condo with the best views
The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. We had coffee in morning listening to the waves and cocktails each evening while watching the sunset. The condo had plenty of supplies and was a perfect location.

A Perfect View, A Perfect Stay
This is perhaps the best VRBO experience that we've had to date. The King Fred Suite is an end unit of a beautiful (and somewhat intimate) resort toward the east end of Grace Bay Beach, which was more spacious on the beach than the crowded Seven Stars and Ritz-Carlton area (by the way, those are a 10-minute beach walk from Royal West Indies). The pictures on this listing do not do the unit justice, especially the balcony which looks out onto the beach, has openings on all sides, and juts out further than the balconies of the studio rooms, so when you walk out onto the balcony and look to the left, you won't have a next-door neighbor on their balcony looking at you. And you have a better view looking west all the way down Grace Bay Beach. The King Fred Suite is very clean with nice appliances and TV that supports AirPlay, Amazon accounts, AppleTV. The resort is beautifully manicured, the pools are beautiful and mostly empty, and the beach is amazing. We always could find chairs, even in the middle of the day. It felt intimate here. We enjoyed Pelican Bay restaurant for drinks and a few meals. Club Med next door occasionally got loud for an hour at happy hour, with very loud music, but it quieted down by evening. Ann and Fred are responsive and gracious owners, and Anna Jane, their manager, was very responsive and attentive. Absolute recommend - EXCELLENT.

Beautiful Suite on Grace Bay
We really enjoyed our stay in this suite, on the beach at the Royal West Indies. The suite was immaculate with many amenities. It was even equipped with snorkeling equipment, floats, a cooler and a beach bag to use. The patio had nice furniture to enjoy. I will definitely stay here again! The view from this suite is amazing!
